I was born and raised on a small island in Ehime, surrounded by the rich culture and warmth of the local community.

From an early age, I was inspired to find ways to share those unique charms with others.

After graduating from university in Sydney, I gained experience across various fields including engineering, sales, and office management.

Utilizing these diverse skills, I served as the first community manager at WeWork Japan, where I planned and supported over 200 events annually and helped connect more than 1,000 people, companies, and even government organizations — expanding the possibilities of business through meaningful connections.

Later, as a freelancer, I supported the Japan market entry of a Spain-based event platform and helped launch a real estate tech service from Silicon Valley.

Through these experiences, I’ve become passionate about bridging cultures and empowering overseas businesses to thrive in Japan.
